Finalists at the INDEX Awards

SafetyNet Technologies sustainable fishing

We’re very excited this week as we’ve found out that we’ve been shortlisted as one of the finalists at the INDEX Design Awards 2019.

Index Award Jury Member, Katinka Von De Lipp said “Being able to separate at source and harvest the sea more efficiently is an incredible solution.”

The Index Project was established 17 years ago by Kigge Hvid under INDEX: Design to Improve Life. Since 2005 it has run the biennial Index Award, promoting designs aimed at the improvement of life worldwide, both in developed and developing countries.

The awards ceremony will take place on the 6th September and we’re looking forward to hearing the results, we’re up against some amazing competition, including Saildrone, Kataix and Plastix.
